Procedural Twinkling Stars
A procedural twinkling star skybox shader for Godot.
Rotate your view with the mouse, and use ESC to pause the mouse in order to use the UI to adjust shader settings.
Utilizes Voronoi noise to generate stars and hash functions to generate randomized twinkling frequencies.
